Free Tenant Membership
TPAS is committed to keeping membership fees low for tenant/resident groups. As a not for profit organisation, TPAS is only able to do this thanks to the support of landlord members.
If your landlord joins TPAS as a FULL member then your tenant group membership is free.

Tenant Membership Fees
If your landlord is not a FULL member of TPAS the fees are:
Tenant Groups
£80.00 per year Click here for an application form
Federations/Area Panels
£175.00 per year (no paid worker or staff contact)
£300.00 per year (if have a paid worker or use a staff contact)
