Congratulations to City West Housing Trust

Background to the accreditation

City West Housing Trust commissioned TPAS consultancy to assess the quality of the Resident Involvement (which City West call customer involvement & empowerment) arrangements of the organisation.

The TPAS Team The Landlord Accreditation Assessment was carried out by David Warnock, TPAS Associate supported by Gillian McLaren, TPAS Consultancy Manager – Northern.

Acknowledgements
The TPAS Consultancy Assessor has been in regular contact with Nicola Perks, Special Projects Officer throughout the assessment and there have been a number of meetings to with Communities and Business Excellence to review progress throughout.

TPAS Consultancy would like to thank all of the customers of City West Housing Trust who took part in the reality checking process and a large number of staff and Board members without whose support the assessment could not have been undertaken. Particular thanks must go to Nicola Perks for her patience, to Viv Simon, Judith Kerwick and Michael Roden for their input and, finally, Jonny Concannon and his ICT colleagues for their technical support.
