TPAS is an Accredited Training Centre. We offer courses that are accredited by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and Open Awards
What is Accredited Training?
Accredited training provides formal recognition of an individual's achievements. Accreditation shows that the learner has reached a level of skill and competence assessed against nationally defined standards.

What Type of Accredited Training do TPAS Offer?

Level 2 Award in Community Action in Housing
Level 3 Award in Resident Scrutiny
Note - E-learning courses may be used to contribute to the CIH Level 3 Aware in Resident Scrutiny in a blended learning approach.
Open Awards Accredited Training
Level 2 Awards on a range of subjects including Scrutiny, Resident Inspection, Understanding Performance Information, Effective Meetings, Chairing, The Role of a Community Representative and Involving Everyone.
These Level 2 Awards can be delivered through National or In-house face to face courses.
All TPAS E-learning courses are Accredited with Open Awards.
