About the TPAS mini health check
• The mini health check is a short assessment based on the key principles of resident involvement and the core themes in the TPAS RIQ Landlord Accreditation Framework (Version 4).
• The mini health check is designed to take approximately 30 minutes to complete with short summary information, this can be completed by the TPAS member and returned to TPAS for comment/ recommendations/ feedback or it can be completed together with a TPAS Consultancy Manager during initial contact/ meeting with new TPAS members.
What are the benefits?
• The mini health check can highlight areas of good practice in resident involvement; it is also a useful assessment tool for identifying potential areas of weakness around resident involvement within an organisation. TPAS can offer solution focussed training and quality consultancy support to organisations around improving resident involvement and action planning.
• The mini health check is a FREE resource for TPAS Members to identify the opportunities, levels, range and extent of resident involvement activity within their organisation.
When can a healthcheck take place?
• A mini health check can be completed by TPAS members or organisations interested in becoming members at any time. For current members, the mini health check downloaded via the members area on the TPAS website. Once completed mini health checks can be returned to TPAS for further comment and recommendations.
• The mini health check is also automatically triggered and offered to new TPAS members as part of the members benefit package.
