As a Tpas member you will be supported to engage with tenants and communities and get fresh ideas for involving them in the design, development and implementation of your services to demonstrate added value in the communities where you operate and to deliver effective value for money services.

Ideal for:

Contractors, or sub contractor organisations and suppliers, providing services to the social housing sector

Or

Organisations such as social landlords operating outside of England or companies that do not operate in the social housing sector but that have an interest in engagement for example, colleges, universities, utility firm or charities.

If you have a interest in working better with the people and communities you work in then this is the right membership for you.

Fees

Membership fees are based on an annual subscription and are exempt from VAT. Annual subscriptions run from 1st April - 31st March. If you join part way through the year we will pro rata your fee.

The annual fee is £650
