The Evolution of Youth Engagement - where we were, where we are and where next?

Tenant engagement is high on the political and sector agenda right now and we aim to keep it there.

What does youth engagement mean? How can we successfully find ways of engaging with the younger generation?

At Tpas, we are committed to every level of engagement. We know it works.

Youth engagement is well worth doing - young people benefit greatly from being involved with their landlord - from learning new skills, gaining qualifications, building confidence and developing strong relationships - creating happer, safer and thriving communities.

This event will explore the methods Aldwyck Housing Group and their award winning Community Involvement Team have developed in creating their successful youth offer and how you too can deliver promising youth engagement in your organisation and ultimately improve services.

Also hear from Groundwork East and HAYN (Housing Association Youth Network) and learn about the various ways of engaging with young people and local communities, to developing impactful youth engagement strategies that compliment your organisations outcomes.
