National Tenants Conference 2026

The Tpas National Tenant Conference 2026 is now on sale, and we’re busy putting together an exciting two-day programme designed especially for tenants and residents from across the country.

This flagship event brings tenants together to learn, share experiences, build confidence and strengthen their voice.

Across the two days, you can expect inspiring speakers, practical workshops, real-life examples of what works, and plenty of opportunities to connect with other tenants.

Whether you’re new to involvement or have years of experience, the conference offers something for everyone, with sessions that are interactive, accessible and focused on the issues that matter most to tenants.

Hotel Information 

The Orchard Hotel is situated next door to the conference venue. Visit the website here

We have a special rate for bedrooms on Monday 13th July and Tuesday 14th July.  These can be booked directly with the hotel.  The cost is £115 per room per night, bed and breakfast.  To book, use this link 

The hotel has 5 accessible rooms, if an accessible room is required, we would recommend you book your room as soon as possible.  There are lots of rooms with walk-in shower.  Ground floor bedrooms can also be requested.

Travel Information

There is plenty of free parking at the venue / hotel.  There are also electric car charging points.

Using public transport

The conference centre and hotel are 4 miles, (approx. 15 minutes drive) from Nottingham town centre and train station. A taxi will cost approx. £10-£15.

There is also a local train station called Beeston which is 4 miles away.

You can also use the Nottingham tram directly to the University Campus. Take the tram to University Boulevard and the conference centre is around 10 minutes walk away.

By Road

East Midlands Conference Centre is situated off the M1, Junction 25,  3 miles from Nottingham.
