Join the Tpas & MHCLG Summer Policy Roadshow – Your Housing, Your Voice!

The government is launching the biggest changes to social housing in a generation – and they want to hear directly from YOU.

That’s why Tpas is teaming up with the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG) for a national summer roadshow of in-person tenant consultation events.

This is your chance to meet face-to-face with the people shaping the future of housing policy – and tell them what matters most to you and your community.

What’s on the Table?

We’re talking about two major national consultations that will directly impact your home and your future:

The Decent Homes Standard – What should every social home guarantee, in reality?

Energy Efficiency in Social Housing – How can homes be warmer, greener, and cheaper to run?

MHCLG policy experts will be there to explain the proposals, hear your views, and take your feedback straight back to Whitehall.

Have Your Say – Loud and Clear

This isn’t just a briefing – it’s your platform to:

  • Quiz government officials face-to-face
  • Speak up for tenants nationwide
  • Help shape national housing standards and green upgrades
  • Meet other tenants and share lived experience

Where & When?

We’re hosting three live events across England.

Tickets are FREE, but places are limited – first come, first served!

Book now at:

North, Eccles

Midlands, West Brom

South, London

Each organisation can book one member of staff to assist if needed.

Your Voice Matters – Make It Count

This is a once-in-a-decade chance to influence real policy change – from the tenant perspective.

The government wants to know:

  • What does a decent home mean to you?
  • What would make your home more energy efficient, affordable, and comfortable?

Don’t miss the chance to be heard.

Book your place now and join the conversation that could shape the future of social housing.
