Bespoke support

Alongside our core offers, Tpas provides bespoke support tailored to the challenges your organisation is facing – from culture and inclusion to complaints, community engagement and property services.

Culture and EDI

We help you embed an engagement culture and ensure your engagement opportunities are accessible to all, so you can engage with the full diversity of your residents. This includes workshops with leadership, service managers, engagement and communications staff, and involved tenants, and the development of core principles and standards for tenant communication, engagement and influence.

Complaints and mediation

We work with many experts in complaints and mediation, including those with experience of working for the Housing Ombudsman, so we can offer a range of consultancy support and training, including complaints handling, learning from complaints, and mediation.

Community engagement

We work with many experts in community engagement, development and investment, so we can offer advice, support and training tailored to suit your needs. We are also working on a new offer for organisations seeking external assurance or recommendations around their community investment approach.
