Testimonials
What participants say
Hands down this is one of the best courses I have been on. It is a perfect fit for our customer information and insight team and wider relationships. From theory into practice that results in tangible resource for us. Absolutely stunning delivery. It was a joy to attend, thank you.
Using Behavioural Insights to Increase Involvement, online training
Probably the best training I have attended for a long time. It really got my brain ticking over and I am very excited to get cracking and try some new things. It worked well split over two days and I loved the breakout rooms in Zoom.
Behavioural Insights training, LiveWest
Running the course over two days with two-hour sessions was better for me. Sam discussed her charts and bullet points with group chat, and I found this better for learning and understanding rather than skimming through them and reading after the course had finished. I got a lot from the course in many ways.
