Our offer is structured around three packages, which can be commissioned individually or as a full programme.

Ignite Package

Launches or refreshes your scrutiny function with strong foundations – establishing a resident-led scrutiny framework, the associated documents, processes and toolkits, and tailored training.

Elevate Package

Strengthens capability through specialist support and targeted interventions, including tailored training, mentoring, report building and evidence-led reviews.

Assure Package

Provides high-level diagnostic insight and a pathway to mature, consistent scrutiny practice with our Scrutiny Assured Quality Mark – the only independent, evidence-based accreditation scheme that assesses your organisation’s scrutiny arrangements.
