Testimonials
What our clients say
I wanted to thank you for the training session Jackie Grannell delivered for us. The tenants really enjoyed it and we have all taken some good learning points which will help Tenant Voice with future agendas and meetings. The questioning and listening skills were extremely helpful and we will practise these in future meetings. We have sometimes struggled with this, and the group has been perceived to be a little confrontational on occasions, so we now have some really useful tools in our toolkit.
Effective Challenge and Questioning Skills for tenants, Community Housing
We just wanted to say a big thank you to Jackie for her delivery of the last two training sessions. The tenants really enjoyed the training and said they found it really useful. Both Sarah and I have taken away hints and tips to use for our role too. We look forward to seeing Jackie again soon.
Sarah HallTenant Relations Officer, City of Stoke-on-Trent
Thank you so much for designing and delivering an enjoyable and informative Effective Communications workshop at our South Coast Training event in Southampton. You gave our delegates the skills to communicate more effectively with both their landlord and their fellow tenants, which will improve their approach to scrutiny and service reviews and help them promote the outcomes of their work. Thank you for fully capturing the brief and giving our tenants a positive experience. We look forward to working with you again.
Jon ThurlowTenant Engagement Coordinator, New Forest District Council
Thank you so much for designing and delivering the Building Safety workshop at our South Coast Training event in Southampton. We really enjoyed working with you and you created a very enjoyable and informative workshop. Our delegates gained knowledge, skills and understanding to apply when carrying out scrutiny and service reviews. Your post-workshop handout, summarising the laws driving building safety and how tenants can hold their landlord to account, is a much appreciated and very welcome resource that will help delegates cement their learning.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your time last week. The tenants and staff who attended are very motivated, inspired and much more focused. I will be planning a date to run this course again in the next financial year, so I will be in touch.

Thank you so much for delivering a brilliant and engaging training session with our tenant volunteers. The tenants have shared some lovely feedback about the day and I got a lot out of the session too.
