SRS consultation closes on Tuesday at 5pm - don't miss the chance to help shape the standard. This is your last chance to get your voice heard on the future of the ESG standard for social housing
We have already heard from lots of stakeholders on their thoughts on the proposed SRS Version 2.0 - thank you to everyone who has already been in touch with the SfH team.
As you know, our Standard is from the sector, for the sector, for this reason, your voice matters.
The proposed updated criteria currently have a greater focus on:
- The quality of stock, including asbestos, legionella, damp, and mould.
- Net zero strategies, retrofit works and efficiency improvements, including SAP ratings.
- Disclosures around EDI policies and approaches, as well as the training and professional development of staff.
