Nigel Lambert

Nigel has been a tenant of Incommunities for over 40 years and is actively involved in our customer voice initiatives, regularly attending consultations and scrutiny exercises to ensure that the voice of our customers is heard and incorporated into our projects, initiatives, and policy changes. He is also involved in our Building Safety Group and is incredibly passionate about the safety of his neighbours and other customers in the community. Nigel has an excellent working relationship with his Neighbourhood officer and regularly provides the Neighbourhood team with reports and updates regarding community safety, building safety and repairs in his block and wider community. Nigel is an advocate for his community and takes pride in his community, he is friendly, approachable and his concern and commitment to the improvement of his home, the lives of his neighbours and the wider community is visible whenever you engage with him.
