Pam Hankinson

Where do I start with Pam? Well, quite simply, she is amazing. I know Pam best for the fantastic contributions she has made over the years as a scrutineer, always giving 110% to every exercise, holding SYHA to account and wanting us to be the best we can be. Pam wears many hats now, Customer Board Member, MRC, and Customer Panel Member and is fully dedicated to every role. She also doesn’t like to say no!Pam is always there to help and support others, and I know she did this during lockdown when she contacted other SYHA customers who may have been struggling or vulnerable. Her empathy, kindness and sparkle must have made so much difference to their lives during such a difficult time.Pam is like a ray of sunshine when she walks into a room (she also looks fabulous!) and will tell everybody how much she loves SYHA, and we love her equally in return. Thank you, Pam, for all you do for SYHA.
