Ellen Rhind

Ellen is one of our valued Housing Advisory Panel members. A tenant herself she sits on the board and acts as tenant representative, and specifically advicates for our sheltered scheme tenants. From scrutinising our services and championing for positive change to ensures that the voice of our tenants are at the heart of everything. Ellen has helped influence new ways of working so that tenants receive better fair and inclusive services by holding Wigan Council as landlords to account.
