Tom Dalton

Tom is one of our Tenant Housing Advisory Panel members and has been in this role for a number of years. Tom is a huge support and has been instrumental in influencing change within Wigan Council services particularly in a scrutiny that was carried out within the caretaking service which resulted in many changes that had a positive impact of both tenants and staff moving forward. Tom is currently supporting with the vulnerabilities strategy amongst other things. Tom continues to challenge Wigan Council and champions change for the better.
