Ray Semple

Ray has been an involved tenant for many years and has contributed to our Tenants Complaints Panel, Scrutiny Panel and Tenants Inspections during this time. Ray's confidence has grown and following Tpas Chair Training he has recently been elected Chair of the Tenants Editorial Panel by his fellow tenant members. Ray is well regarded by tenants and officers alike and has quickly set a high standard for the panel and has been clear in his expectations of officers and panel members. He is professional, always prepared and ensures his panel is run efficiently and effectively for the best outcomes for all tenants. He would love his contributions to be recognised during the upcoming event.
