Sharon, Michael, Ann, Darren, James, Kathleen, Pauline, Rita, Roberta, Valentina, Isiasha, James, Brian.The One Voice Forum was established in late 2022 and is an engagement forum for tenants and TARA representatives for consultation and discussion on service delivery and key strategic and policy changes. The One Voice Forum meets every 6 weeks and for those who can’t make the meetings have an opportunity to input through focus groups and surveys. The One Voice Forum has had a positive impact and has already had an input into 30 consultations such as Housing Management Policy, Tenancy Agreement, Repairs Policy, Tenant Voice Charter, Customer Access Strategy, Corporate Plan, Damp, Mould and Condensation Policy and Website Review to make sure that we are providing housing services that meet customer needs and are delivered to the highest standard. Both the Tenant Scrutiny Panel and One Voice Forum received training from Tpas in March this year to gain a better understanding of their roles and continue to make a positive difference for tenants and meet the new requirements of the new consumer standards.
