is a not for profit, charitable registered provider of social and affordable housing, with a stock of over 4500 properties throughout Cornwall.

Ocean Housing Group are delighted to have recently joined TPAS. We have over 4,500 properties in Cornwall and our first golden thread is to ‘have residents at the heart of everything we do’.
Tenant and resident engagement is key to ensuring our services and performance are monitored and shaped by our tenants. We are looking forward to the opportunity to network with other members at events, keep up to date with information and receive training for both staff and tenants.
