This course explores the benefits of well planned engagement in improving services, making good decisions and achieving value for money in challenging times. It shows that engagement is an essential approach for all housing staff and falls into most housing roles. The course provides the principles of effective engagement and how to build it into policy making, strategy development, standards setting and service improvement as well as day to day customer care.
