About the facilitator

Michael Hill is the Business Development Manager at Tpas and has been involved in Tenant Engagement for 20 years. Working with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, local communities and individual residents, he has many experiences of working within all areas of social housing. His style is engaging yet challenging and encourages interaction, debate and differences of opinion.
