Meet the Regulator Q&A Session

Tpas are bringing the Chief Executive of the Regulator of Social Housing, Fiona MacGregor to our members so you can ask her those key questions you may have on the consumer regulation aspects of the recently published Charter for Social Housing residents and the work of the Regulator in the future.

Chaired by our Chief Executive, Jenny Osbourne, this session will be held on zoom and live streamed on the TpasEngland  YouTube channel.

Fiona will deliver a short presentation then we will open to you, our attendees, for your questions.

Questions can only be put to Fiona via zoom so make sure you book your place if you have a question. 

You can submit your questions in advance to lisa.holt@tpas.org.uk. 

There will also be the opportunity to ask questions on the day.

Please note Fiona will not be able to comment on any existing regulatory actions or grading’s that the RSH are dealing with or have previously dealt with.
