Local Authority/ALMO Staff Member Meet Up
We have recently launched our LA and ALMO staff member network to facilitate peer to peer support and learning amongst LA/ALMO’s staff.
There will be quarterley online meet ups and the group will have a dedicated online networking group on Tpas connect.
The next session will be held on Zoom on:
Wedesday 7th July 11am - 1pm.
At this session we will look at
Customer Panels / Resident Groups / Tenant Associations - how can we best support them to make a difference?
This will be a fun and interactive session and we’ll be doing three activities:
- Nine minute networking - random groups of three (or four)
- Appreciative interviews - finding out about each others’ success stories in small groups
- Conversation Cafe - sharing and discussing your top tips in groups of five or six
There will also be an update from Tpas including everything on offer for Local Government and ALMO members.
The session will be facilitated by Dr Dave McKenna and supported by Louise Thompson from Tpas.
