Join us for our Net Zero Week Good Practice Showcase

In this Session you will hear first from Joanna Charlton, Communications Lead for Placeshapers who will discuss the key messages that came of the recent report Residents’ voices in the UK’s Net Zero Carbon journey.

Joanna will focus on what that report tells us about what we need to prioritise and consider in regards to future communications with residents in particular.

Then we will hear from Charlotte Todd, Property Director, Eastlight Homes who will share a video of their Net Zero work and talk about what actions they have undertaken so far.

See videos too from Flagship and Raven Housing Trust, both at different stages in their NZC journey, that look at recent projects and work with residents.

The session will then be an open discussion with attendees about the key things to consider in communicating with residents.

How do we balance communicating the challenges Net Zero will undoubtably bring alongside the benefits too? We want to hear from residents on what’s important to you on this and what ideas you have for reaching more residents – what will work and what won’t?
