Local Authority/ALMO Staff Member Meet Up

Join our LA and ALMO staff member network, this has been set up to facilitate peer to peer support and learning amongst LA/ALMO’s staff. 

There will be quarterley online meet ups and the group will have a dedicated online networking group on Tpas connect.

The session will be held on Zoom on Wednesday 18th January 2023 at 11am.

Evaluating tenant participation

Evaluation is so important for tenant participation - it tells officers what’s working, it tells the organisation that its investment is worthwhile and it tells tenants that they are making a difference.

But what works well for evaluation? How can we do it better? Well, that will be theme of this meetup.

This will be an interactive session that will give you a chance to network, hear what others are doing and find new things to try.

We will have two rounds of nine-minute networking, try out a method or two and use Triz (a reverse problem solving technique) to develop some practical ideas in small groups. At the end we’ll open it for any contributions to the whole group.

We’ll collect the useful ideas throughout the session and share them in a feedback report packed full of ideas and inspiration!
