Due to the success of our 2023 Housing Summits, we are delighted to be holding 3 more in 2024!

Our Summits give our members the space and time to explore the big issues in the Housing and Engagement world, bringing you speakers, good practice exchanges, and lively debates.

The Summits are free for members, and you can stay for all whole summit or simply drop into the sessions that interests you.

AGENDA

The first of this years highly popular Tpas Summits will be on the Topic of Decent Homes, 3 guests speakers who are industry experts in the field will take you through this highly topical subject. Our speakers for this event are:

Clare Powell, Senior Policy Adviser
Clare will be taking us through the current state of play with regards to the current Decent Homes Standard and what we hope to see in the future.

Leigh Garbutt, National Social Value Manager, Fortem
Fortems own Leigh Garbutt will be giving us the contractor view on Decent Homes and highlight some of their work on this issue.

Kevin Garvey,  Head of Member Relations, National Housing Federation
Kevin will be giving us a sector wide perspective on Decent Homes and how it ties in with the federations work on their Better Social Housing Review conduct in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Housing.

The event will be online and will be chaired over 3 sessions by Tpas Policy and Insight Manager Caritas Charles
