The Housing Ombudsman have released their latest spotlight report - Relationships of Equals.   This was released in January 2024.

Polly from The Housing Ombudsman is joining us to run this free webinar exclusively for Tpas members, to talk about the key aspects and findings of the report. The webinar will take place on Tuesday 5th March 2024 at 11am.

The Ombudsman has used its latest Spotlight report on attitudes, rights and respect to make several recommendations for landlords and policy makers, including a new Royal Commission for housing.

The ‘Relationships of Equals’ report highlights the importance of a human-centric approach to services and effective communication in preventing complaints and building positive relationships between housing professionals and residents.

The report includes valuable research and case studies that focus on the need for clear and respectful communication in all aspects of housing management. From addressing residents’ concerns to resolving disputes.
