This essential introductory course looks at the role of the chair and other committee members.  It covers members' roles and responsibilities, committee protocols, expectations for chairing meetings, tips for forward planning as well as activities to help you make the most of your role.  It is full of practical tips and advice to help you develop your skills and offers an ideal opportunity to meet and learn from other people.
