This course gives a broad view of social housing in all its forms, from its origins to what's happening now and proposed changes.  Understanding the role of social housing, how it is funded and managed will help you to recognise the importance of your role in delivering, monitoring, improving or scrutinising services.  The course also explores the role of tenants, residents and communitieis in delivering and managing social housing.
