Novus Property Services achieves the Tpas Contractor Accrediation

Novus Property Solutions Ltd are extremely pleased to award Tpas Contractor Accreditation. Here they explain how achieving the accreditation enhanced their business.
We at Novus really value our clients, tenants and the communities we work in, and are very pleased to have gained the stamp of approval by Tpas. We are a passionate organisation who really care for the people we work with and as a company we ensure all aspects of our business contribute to providing the best service when working in the homes, lives and communities around us.
The Tpas accreditation will add significant value to our contracts and enable our clients and tenants to understand that we are a trusted and responsible contractor and are dedicated to delivering excellent client and tenant satisfaction.
We have had an amazing experience working alongside Tpas. Looking back, one of the key areas to Novus successfully completing all the Accreditation requirements was having a dedicated working group who jointly worked on pulling together the evidence required. There were 4 employees on this group from our customer service team, so their experience was invaluable, we met most weeks for an hour or two continually working through the requirements (gathering of evidence) which meant we kept onto top of the requirements and completed each module in the time scales.
It has proven a great tool to measure how we as a business conduct ourselves and how we can continue to add value and benefit the communities in our areas. We have felt the benefit of having a dedicated account manager who has made us evaluate our processes and what we can do to move forward to keep our customer standards high. We are looking forward to working alongside Tpas with various projects over the foreseeable future.
