The Housing Ombudsman would like to invite housing professionals to participate in a short survey that takes only five minutes of your time.
As a follow-up to the 'Spotlight Report: Time to be Heard', the Ombudsman is looking at whether landlords have reviewed their processes and took action following the report, and if so, what steps were taken.
