How to access as a tenant member

Q1. I am a resident; how do I gain access to the site as part of my landlord’s membership?

A. Residents can search for their landlord and request a login to an online community group here

A. Residents can search for their group and request a login to online community group here


Q3. I am the chair of a resident group; how do I add members to my group.

A. Resident’s can request a login to your group by searching here. Or can also add them via your dashboard screen once you are logged in to the site.


How to access as a landlord member

Q4. I am a Landlord staff member; how do I get access to the site?

A. Our new website will allow you to create your own login and password as part of your membership benefits.  Request a login here by searching for your landlord name and adding your details.


Q5. I am Landlord member; how do I add my staff members to the site?

Our new website will allow you to give each staff member their own login and password as part of your membership benefits, allowing them to acess the full site, book training courses and events etc. Staff members can request a login here by searching for your landlord name or you can add them via your dashboard section once you are logged in.


 

Q6. I am a Landlord; how do I give our residents access to the site as part of our membership benefits?

A. Our new website will allow you to give each resident their own login and password as part of your membership benefits. Resident’s can search for you and request a login to your online community group here. You can also add them via your dashboard screen once you are logged in to the site.


General website access questions


Q7. The website will not accept my username that I am requesting?

A. Usernames can only contain letters and numbers and must not have any spaces. For example JonSmith or JennySmith28


Q8. I am a member and I can’t login with my old login details.

A. Unfortunately it was not possible to transfer details from the old site to the new site, if you have not received an email with your new login details please email us some information using this link.

If you have received your new login details, then you can login here.

 


Q9. Can I change my username?

A. Once your username is set it can not be amended.


Q10. Can I change my password?

A. Yes, once you have login for the first time you can change your password by going to the user profile section on your dashboard.


Q11. I can’t find my landlord listed?

A. If your landlord is not listed it may be possible they are no longer a Tpas member, to check please contact our membership team.


Q12. I can’t find my tenant group listed?

A. We are working hard to ensure all data from the old site if transfer over, if you are struggling to find your group please contact us here.


Q13. I am having issues login in, who can I speak to.

A. Our new site is designed to help you get the most out of your benefits but like anything new it takes some getting used to so please bear with us while we work hard to move all our users over to the new site. Please contact us for website support here so we can help you with your issues.
