Tpas are delighted to welcome Muircroft Housing Association as our newest member.
Muircroft Housing Association is a not-for-profit social landlord providing housing to rent for people aged 60 and above, in the New Forest area of Hampshire.
Why have you joined Tpas?
Membership of Tpas is a clear statement of our commitment to working collaboratively with tenants and ensuring they have a meaningful voice in how we operate.
What are you hoping to get from your membership?
We are looking forward to completing the Tpas self-assessment, which will help us identify areas for improvement as well as celebrate what we are doing well.
What are you most looking forward to with your membership?
Access to best practice – including guidance, training, and the opportunity to learn from others across the sector.
In 2026 we will be reviewing our governance structure – including how we can best engage and involve our tenants in the process of governance and decision making. As a small organisation with limited resources we hope to learn from other small Housing Associations, to see how they operate tenant engagement work.
