Government Update the Guidelines for COVID-19 for Local Authorities, Landlords and Tenants

The government has updated the guidance for landlords, tenants and local authorities for dealing with COVID-19, allowing routine repairs and maintenance to take place in households where people are shielding or extremely vulnerable to COVID-19 starting from August 1st.
