The next report in our Collaborate Series, is ready to launch: Tpas Collaborate - Governance.

Once again, we have brought Organisations together to ensure that Landlords are taking the right approach in putting the tenants voice at the hearts of social housings’ biggest challenges.

The next collaborate report to launch is around Governance and this will be on 5th September 2024 via Zoom between 11.00am and 12.30pm.

There will be keynote speakers and feedback from those involved in the workshops.

Tpas understands it can be a challenge to get the assurance needed that the voice of tenants is at the heart of strategic decision-making. The workshops brought benefits to individuals and organisations who attended, ranging from understanding the accountability and responsibility in the context of tenant influence, and to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. They also gave the increased ability and capacity to seek the evidence for assurance, to reduce risks and to demonstrate the tenants voice, influence and decision making.
