National Tenants Conference 2025

“The Culture Shift?” – Is New Regulation Creating Real Respect in Social Housing? Over a year into this new era of regulation, we’re asking a critical question:

Are these changes driving real cultural transformation — where fairness, respect, and genuine listening to tenants aren't optional, but expected?

Through workshops, discussion, and shared learning, we’ll unpack what’s changed, what hasn’t, and what still needs to shift.
