Resident Experience Innovation Fund – Tenant Consultation Session

The Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) is launching a £1 million Resident Experience Innovation Fund in early Autumn 2025. The fund will support social landlords, tenants, and organisations to develop and scale innovative projects that improve tenant experiences, with a focus on:

• Tenant engagement and resident voice
• Data and information management
• Communities and neighbourhoods

Join us for this 1 hour tenant consultation session that will explore the proposed fund design, including the approach, application process, and prospectus. It will gather tenants’ views to ensure the fund is shaped around tenant priorities and maximises real-world impact.
