Inclusive Leadership for Housing Boards (Free)

This practical webinar is designed for housing association board members who want to embed equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) into governance and decision-making. Participants will:

• Understand why EDI is a governance and risk priority in housing.

• Explore the benefits of diverse boards and the risks of groupthink and blind spots.

• Reflect on their board’s current EDI maturity and identify practical steps for improvement.

• Learn inclusive leadership behaviours and tools to ensure all tenant voices are heard.

Through case studies, interactive quizzes, and practical exercises, attendees will leave with actionable strategies and a Board EDI checklist to help drive inclusive, accountable, and effective governance.

This session can only allow a maximum of 100 delegates.
