We’re excited to welcome our members to the 2026 Regional Events!

This spring, we’ll be visiting all six regions — and we’ve saved a seat just for you.

Join us to explore inspiring tenant engagement practice, hear the latest national updates from Tpas, and connect with peers from across your region. These events are a fantastic opportunity to learn, share, and build meaningful networks that support better engagement.

10:30 AM – 10:45 AM: Welcome and Introductions

• A warm Tpas welcome
• Latest member news and national updates
• Meet fellow attendees and set the tone for a collaborative day

10:45 AM – 12:15 PM: Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government

• Hear directly from a MHCLG representative
• Learn about the latest policy developments
• Ask questions and gain clarity on sector priorities

12:15 PM – 1:00 PM: Member Spotlight

• Our host landlord showcases one of their successful engagement practices
• Take away practical ideas to apply in your own work

1:00 PM – 1:35 PM: Lunch

• Enjoy a relaxed lunch and informal networking

1:35 PM – 2:15 PM: Sharing and Networking Session

• An interactive session focused on collaboration and problem-solving
• Exchange best practice and explore solutions to shared challenges

2:15 PM – 2:25 PM: Engagement Heroes Recognition Awards

• Celebrate individuals making a positive difference in tenant engagement

2:25 PM – 2:30 PM: Wrap-Up and Close

• Reflect on key takeaways
• Hear what’s next for Tpas and our members

Event Details

• The event will run in person if we reach a minimum of 30 attendees.  (If not, it will move to a virtual session)

• Open to tenants and staff.

• Each organisation can book up to 5 places (additional names will be added to a waitlist).
