Nudging Your Way to Increased Tenant Engagement

Now, more than ever, Social Landlords need to be sure that they are hearing the tenants' voice, and traditional ways of encouraging engagement don't always reach everyone. This course will help identify how using Behavioural Insights (or 'nudge') can reach a wider, more diverse number of tenants and achieve their engagement.
