How Mears are introducing a new scrutiny board
Get Your Voice heard - Mears new scrutiny board
Tpas has been a driving force behind the development and implementation of tenant led scrutiny since its inception within the Social Housing sector way back in 2010.
As we enter another decade, the importance of successful tenant scrutiny has never been greater, as we see it referenced in the Governments Green Paper, the Together with Tenants Charter, and as a key part of the regulatory frameworks.
But what about contractors? How can they invest and maximise the value of scrutiny?
We’ve invited our members, Mears Group Plc to share their industry-leading approach to customer involvement and scrutiny.
Join our guest presenters Alison Wilkinson and Jacqui McKinlay, Chief Executive, Centre for Public Scrutiny, as they'll be talking about Mears’ innovative approach to scrutiny. Hear how Mears will be raising service standards for their customers whoever they are, wherever they live and whatever their circumstances.
Post-Grenfell, there is an increased recognition nationally of the importance of building stronger relations with customers to better meet their needs. The webinar will demonstrate a new approach to this and will also address how private sector organisations need to raise their ethical standards and demonstrate they are transparent and open to scrutiny.
