Co-Creation: Beyond the Buzzwords

Through this online training workshop aimed at exploring the world of Co-Creation in Social Housing, we'll bring you together with colleagues to de-mystify and understand the language of Co-Creation, Co-Design and Co-Production and what's needed to enable a successful approach to working in equal partnership with tenants, customers and other stakeholders in your business.

By reflecting on some case studies both within and outside of our sector, you'll be facilitated in large and small groups to consider the principles, values and behaviours needed to underpin these approaches.

The workshop will enable you to bring your own ideas into an outline plan during the session and will give you the chance to discuss the subject of Co-Creation, your work and your plans in both small and large groups.

We'll introduce practical steps, tools and techniques to help you along the way towards success in Co-Creation and how different approaches and inspiring examples can add real value to how you design and deliver your projects, services and the business objectives of your organisations. 

Learning Outcomes

This workshop will enable you to: 

• share and discussion different ideas with colleagues across the sector 
• draft an outline plan for how you might take forwards Co-Creation work alongside tenants and partners
• understand the terminology of Co-Creation, its origins and how it can complement and add value to your work and business
