White Paper Work Out Sessions

We’ve done the warm up, so get ready for the full work out!

Following the hugely successful White Paper warm up session, we are pleased to announce two more White Paper sessions. This time our sessions focus on areas that our members said they were concerned about, and also offer practical examples of what others are doing in the sector. 

Session 1: Measuring Engagement Performance.

The White paper is likely to ask organisations to evidence their performance to show that they are listening to and engaging with tenants/residents/customers and that they are meeting the regulatory standard but how do you do this?

What key performance indicators should be used?

What data should be collected? How can engagement performance be integrated across the organisation?

Just how do you measure effective engagement?

These are just some of the key questions we know members are grappling with, and ones we will be covering at this session. So grab this opportunity before the White paper drops to come together to explore, discuss and share ideas.
