Meet the Ombudsman

Following our recent successful Q&A session with Richard Blakeway the Housing Ombudsman, Tpas are delighted to announce we are hosting another  “Ask the Housing Ombudsman” session. 

You will have the chance to Richard any burning questions you may have on all aspects of the Housing Ombudsman Service!   

Places must be booked and you can submit your questions in advance to lisa.holt@tpas.org.uk.  There will also be the opportunity to ask any questions on the day.

The session will be chaired by our Head of Business Services, Louise Thompson.

Questions can only be put to Richard via zoom so make sure you book your place if you have a question.

Please note Richard will not be able to comment on any existing complaints that the Housing Ombudsman Service are dealing with or have previously dealt with.

About Richard Blakeway

Richard Blakeway is the Housing Ombudsman.

Richard has extensive experience in the housing sector. He was Deputy Mayor for Housing, Land and Property at the Greater London Authority for eight years and chair of the Homes for London board, and adviser in the No10 policy unit.

Previously he was chair of a local authority development company and a non-executive director of Homes England for nearly three years.
