Resident Engagement Strategies in high risk buildings (Free)
Under the proposed new Building Safety Regulator and the Building Safety Bill that has driven these changes, Landlords that own high risk buildings over 18 metres or 7 storeys high, will have to develop a resident engagement strategy for each building in scope. For some organisations this could be a daunting prospect as they may have several buildings that will need a strategy.
What Tpas has done
At Tpas, we have been working with our members to develop a framework for what a strategy could include. This is not a template – it is a series of considerations and suggestions based on the Building Safety Bill as well as good practice and practical solutions from our own, and our members’ experience.
Session Outline
Hosted by Michael Hill, Tpas Business Development Manager, the session will explain:
- the requirements for a Resident Engagement Strategy under the Building Safety Bill
- who is responsible for its creation delivery and review
- the five principles for an effective strategy
- unpick the key thoughts, considerations and suggestions developed alongside our members
There will also be a chance to ask questions or maybe even offer your own suggestions, solutions or experience.
You can download the framework from our resource hub here
How do I join the webinar?
