Tpas Virtual Members Event – joined by Regulator for Social Housing (free)

Tpas are working with the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) to bring this virtual event to our members.

The Regulator of Social Housing is seeking views on its proposals for tenant satisfaction measures which are part of implementing changes to consumer regulation set out in the Government’s ‘The Charter for Social Housing Residents: Social Housing White Paper’

The focus for our first members event of 2022, is the Regulator of Social Housing’s consultation on the proposed tenant satisfaction measures.

Announced just before Christmas, the proposals are already generating lots of debate within the Housing World, so why not join in, get involved and book a place on our free member only spotlight event.

The session gives you the chance to

• Hear directly from The Regulator of Social Housing regulator as special guest speakers Kate Dodsworth Director of Consumer Regulation and Fleur Priest-Stephens, Tenant Engagement Manager outline their initial thinking for consumer regulation to implement the Social Housing White Paper and the draft TSMs (tenant satisfaction measures) consultation
• Explore in small discussion groups your own thoughts on the proposals and what they might mean for you, residents and your organisation
• Seek clarification and understanding by asking questions to the Regulator and other members in relation to the proposals
