Housing Ombudsman - Annual Complaints Review Webinar

We are delighted to announce that the Housing Ombudsman will be running this free webinar exclusively for Tpas members on Wednesday 7th February 2024 at 11am.

The Housing Ombudsman’s Annual Complaints Review was released in October 2023.

Last year the Ombudsman received over 5,000 complaints that were escalated for formal investigation for the first time, representing a 27% increase on the previous year. 6,590 orders and recommendations were undertaken to make things right for residents. This included ordering or recommending £1.1m in compensation.

Join this webinar hosted by The Housing Ombudsman Service to discuss the key headlines from the Review. We will discuss the areas with the highest and lowest maladministration rates as well as trends in different regions. The webinar will also share details of the upcoming workshops, webinars and learning tools available through the Centre for Learning.
