The Housing Ombudsman - New Complaints Code 2024 Webinar (Free)

Join our webinar in partnership with the Housing Ombudsman.

The Complaint Handling Code will become statutory from 1 April 2024, meaning that landlords will be obliged by law to follow its requirements. The Code aims to achieve best practice in complaint handling and ultimately to provide a better service to residents.

The Housing Ombudsman Service join us at this webinar to discuss the key changes to the Code including the consultation and its duty to monitor. The Housing Ombudsman will also share details of the resources available for landlords and residents to support the implementation of the new Code.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
