The course introduces a project management approach to ensure you have clear objectives that can be achieved within your timescales.  It looks at the range of activities that you can use to gather information for scrutiny and when they might be relevant.  It also explores the role of performance information in designing, researching and monitoring scrutiny.  The course is not prescriptive about the approach you take but builds in principles that will enable you to evaluate your achievements.

Audience

This course is aimed at tenants who are involved in scrutiny or who are planning to become involved in scrutiny.  It is also useful for staff who are working with tenants to plan scrutiny reviews.
